This is a full-time position within our food manufacturing facility with opportunities for advancement!

What we are looking for:

High school diploma/GED; 0–1 year experience preferred; 18+
Able to lift 50 lbs., stand/walk long periods, and work in hot/cold conditions
Operate machinery safely with minimal supervision
Strong communication, teamwork, and basic math skills
Flexible for overtime/weekends; hours may vary
Must pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities:

Operate, set up, and pre-run manufacturing equipment on lines 1 & 2
Control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates; ensure product quality and safety
Perform quality checks and complete required paperwork (HACCP, downtime logs, etc.) using SAP and SOPs
Wear required PPE (bump cap, safety glasses, ear plugs, hair/beard nets, gloves, safety shoes/boots)
Follow company mission, values, policies, and safety standards
