What we are looking for:

This position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks involved in the overall operation of an employee store, selling multiple Schwan's products.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with various facility managers to coordinate product availability and ensure that hours of operation meet employee needs from various shifts.
- Stock store with available products and ensure proper rotation of products ensuring product integrity is maintained and store is always kept in a clean and orderly manner.
- Operate store in accordance with all company, State and Federal regulations.
- Maintain inventory records, documents sales figures daily, weekly, monthly and at year-end. Ensure sales are to Schwan’s employees only.
- Responsible for providing inventory, and financial reports, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Coordinate product pricing, including potential freight costs, and sales with management.
- May perform light maintenance when needed.
- Proficient in the use of a cash register to total purchases, and maintain daily receipt records. Operate Point of Sales machine.
- Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Years of Related Experience: One to two years related experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Intermediate proficiency in the operation of a personal computer in a Windows environment to include the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Intermediate proficiency with numeric data analysis. The ability to become and remain organized. The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the ability to re-direct efforts based upon shifting demands. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Organizational and Accounting Skills essential. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages. The ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills. An ability to professionally interact with people at all levels. Willing to work staggered hours and to accommodate employees from various shifts. Able to lift up to 50 lbs., operate pallet jack and work in walk in freezer. Must be able to stand on hard surface, ascend and descend stairs, and frequent walking.
