What we are looking for:
The HR Operations Analyst will serve as a key member of our HR operations team, responsible for the administration of HR processes and systems. This position focuses on supporting day-to-day HR operations, process improvement, reporting support and ensuring a positive employee experience. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR business partners, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization of our HR Systems to meet the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection laws
- Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes in HRIS systems
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
- Manage and update HR systems, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and identify trends.
- Provide training to employees and managers on using HR tools and systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data leveraging MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Years of Related Experience: 0-2 years (entry level)
