We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator at our corporate offices in either Bloomington or Marshall, MN!

In this role you will be an important member of the Talent Acquisition team that supports our internal Human Resources and Recruiting teams and external candidates through the pre-employment process. If you thrive in a collaborative and team focused environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Administers pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug testing, ensuring compliance with corporate, DOT, and manufacturing standards, and applying internal adjudication criteria to determine eligibility.
• Coordinates company wide interview logistics, in partnership with hiring teams and administrative support, including candidate scheduling, travel arrangements, and communication to ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience.
• Supports HR operations and compliance by maintaining accurate reporting and documentation, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations, and contributing to corporate compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assists with HR and talent acquisition projects, including process and policy updates, HR system initiatives, data reporting, and full-cycle recruiting activities.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
• Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc
• High attention to detail and must maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal customer service and communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $16.70 - $29.00 per hour. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
