We’re on the lookout for a skilled and driven Senior Business Systems Analyst! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Finance Team to understand business needs, identify technology and process improvements, and drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Business & Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment with business strategies. Identify opportunities for process optimization, gather detailed requirements, and design business process models for current and future systems.
  • Innovative Solutions: Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Lead the RFI/RFP processes and introduce new solutions to improve business efficiency.
  • Project Leadership: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Provide accurate estimates, track progress, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Participate in change management initiatives and the annual budget cycle.
  • SDLC Expertise: Adhere to and contribute to the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet business objectives. Assist in maintaining and enhancing system standards.
  • Solution Development & Testing: Configure, test, implement, and support software solutions to meet business needs. Facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions align with expectations.
  • Ongoing System Maintenance: Monitor and ensure the ongoing effectiveness of systems through regular updates, upgrades, and testing to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Customer-Centric Support: Provide exceptional service to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed. Participate in handling escalated support situations to ensure user satisfaction

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in an IT liaison role working with key stakeholders in the business where you are leading the process design, requirements gathering, configuration and testing
  • SAP or other large ERP system experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in an IT liaison role working with key stakeholders in the business where you led SAP/S4 Hana process design, requirements gathering, configuration and testing
  • Finance module experience
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $90,750 - $151,250 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
