What You Will Do:

• Resolve routine employee problems or issues related to traditional employee relations matters
• Execute engagement strategies across business units
• Interpret various HR plans programs policies and procedures for employees and provides advice and recommendations to business unit management on typical or non-critical items   
• Coordinate learning and development opportunities  
• Act as a resource for various HR special projects within or across business units or with corporate HR  
• Maintain confidential employee data or files  

What We Look For:

• Minimum of 3-5 years related experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Authentic leader: direct communicator, able to build strong relationships across the company, with all levels
• Basic knowledge of HR plans, programs and procedures related to compensation and benefits, staffing and workforce relations training, etc.
• Knowledge of federal, state and other regulatory standards related to various HR disciplines that enable some evaluation and originality to be displayed on standard and non- critical matters
  

What We Offer: 

The base salary range for this position is $54,000 to $89,000 annually, with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. Compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location. Starting pay may fall anywhere within the stated range, with fully qualified candidates typically receiving offers near the middle of the range.
