Whether you're just getting started or you've been around the block, we've got a place for you. This is steady work in a busy production environment, where you can grow your career and be part of a solid crew that keeps the lines moving.

Pay Range: $25 - $38 per hour, depending on shift, level, and experience

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift 1:30pm - 10:00pm

3rd Shift / Night shift 9:45pm - 6:15am

+1.50 shift differential from 2:30 pm -- 4:00 am

What you'll be doing:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment like conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging machine
• Troubleshoot malfunctions
• Follow food safety rules to code
• Handle emergency repairs on equipment and minimize downtime
• Manage parts and tools inventory
• Always working safe, following OSHA regs and company rules.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2+ years industrial maintenance experience, manufacturing or food processing preferred
• Basic electrical and mechanical skills with ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with maintenance tools like multimeters, torque wrenches, welding equipment, and CMMS systems.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, climb ladders, handle chemicals, and extreme temperature changes.
• Ability to work different ranges of hours such as full-time, overtime, or weekend shifts
• Will be required to complete a background check and drug screen
